Woher weiß ich, welche Stangenlänge für meinen Raum die richtige ist?
To determine the length of the ceiling pole, simply add the pole length to the total height of the heater and bracket (42 cm), then subtract the distance from the floor to the ceiling or joist where the pole will be mounted. This will determine the distance between the bottom of the heater and the floor. We recommend a height between 2.4 m and 2.7 m (optimal usable height) from the floor. Please ensure your installer adheres to the clearances specified in the installation guide. Our friendly design team will be happy to advise you on the best product for your space.
Können die Stangen schräg aufgehängt werden?
No. The ceiling poles must drop straight down and must not be mounted at an angle. The adjustment at the mounting point is intended only for adapting to a sloped roof, so the pole can still drop 100% vertically.
